Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day right of return, which means that you have 30 days to request a return from the time you received your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unopened, unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
You also need a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at support @ breathwell.se . If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect goods
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and find a solution.
Exceptions and non-returnable goods
Some types of goods cannot be returned, for example:
- Fragile goods (eg food, flowers or plants).
- Custom or special order products (eg personal items).
- Hygiene and body care products (eg beauty products).
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Exchange of goods
The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the one you have and place a new order after your return has been approved.
14-day right of withdrawal (within the EU)
If your order is sent to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, you will receive the refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support @ breathwell.se
